Prachuap Port Co., Ltd. remains committed to continuously enhancing its operational systems in pursuit of service excellence in port operations. Recently, the company successfully passed the assessment for the renewal of its ISO certifications—ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001—reinforcing its commitment to quality management, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety.
The audit was conducted by LRQA Thailand from 23–27 February 2026, covering all operational scopes of the company to ensure full compliance with the requirements of each international standard and to strengthen confidence among customers and service users.
The certification renewal audit covered the following key standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
- ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System
This audit was conducted in accordance with the scheduled Surveillance / Recertification Audit cycle, with a comprehensive review of management processes, including product and service quality control, environmental impact management, risk and opportunity management, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as occupational health and safety measures for employees.
The audit results confirmed that the company operates an effective Integrated Management System (IMS). Clear policies, objectives, and performance indicators have been established, enabling systematic monitoring and control of operational performance. The company also demonstrates strong management review practices and continuous improvement processes. No significant non-conformities affecting system compliance were identified during the audit.
The assessment covered all stages of the company’s management processes—from planning and operations to quality control, risk management, and continuous improvement—ensuring that the organization’s operational systems remain fully aligned with international standards.
The successful renewal of all three ISO certifications reflects the company’s strong commitment to conducting its business in accordance with internationally recognized management principles.
